If you are not sure why your bees died last winter - it could be from disease or lack of feed to name the most obvious causes - I would certainly find out or gain some more experience before restocking. I have done several things in the back end to try and block them. I have removed the ability to sign in/register through the forum, this has to be done from the menus now. If this is a problem let me know. I have installed some plugins to try and help, I'll let you know how it goes.
